Although lapel pins are often used for decoration, they can still be an effective tool for promoting your business. By displaying your artwork or company logo on your lapel pin, the wearer can more easily remember your brand. However, to get the most out of your lapel pin, you must use one that is made from quality materials. Thankfully, Kaisite offers durable lapel pins in a variety of styles and customizable options.

Can I do more than 10 colors?
Yes! Add 10 cents per pin per color. We only have 10 colors max on our site, but if you need 14 and are willing to pay that much, that's fine. Please email us for an exact quote.
What is the difference between soft enamel and hard enamel or soft enamel with epoxy?
Soft enamel has flat metal with the ink in the lower profiles/recesses. Hard enamel is sanded flat. They cost more because they require an extra labor step. Soft enamel with epoxy has a clear epoxy coating (free) that creates a flat surface, just like hard enamel. This is great if you have thinner details on your pins, want to use soft enamel metal, etc. We are big fans of soft epoxy.
Do I need to prepay for my order?
Do you offer a 50/50 deposit? All custom items require full payment upfront. If you would like an item proofed first, please email us and we will walk you through everything and proof it first. We offer an installment option at checkout that allows you to pay in installments and it won't cost you anything more.
What if my order is messed up?
We make handmade products and mistakes can happen. Colors get mixed up, small issues with plating, etc. Any orders that are wrong or have issues can be remade or refunded and returned for the bad product. We don't want this to happen, but if it does, we have your back and it won't cost you anything.
