Hard enamel pins are polished to a flat surface with a smooth top. They cost more due to the extra labor required, and some lines may become thicker during the polishing process. They are preferred by independent artists or brands looking for a higher-end product and display.
Pricing includes mold, all production and free shipping (even internationally)
Any design 2 inches or larger requires a complex die-cast shape and mold

Can I see a sample before production?
We send a digital sample for your review before production is officially scheduled. If approved, we start production, but if you need adjustments, we get a new sample until you approve. There are no complete samples to review before production resumes. If you need to see a sample first, the turnaround time doubles. They need to do a full manual production for one product, and if approved, they have to start the process again.
How do I know if my shape is a complex shape or a die-cut shape?
Simple shapes or shapes with soft edges can be made by stamping on an iron plate. More complex shapes, which need to be cast in zinc alloy, use different dies and base metals, with deeper cuts, tight cuts and cuts. The cost is higher because of the different materials/dies. If you are not sure, please email us. If you check out with one of them and need one of them, and you choose the wrong one, we will refund the difference or send a request for the remaining amount.
Can I make variations?
Yes. Simple variations or variations with at least 50 per color are no problem. If you have a lot of variations or a lot of color changes, special inks, numbering changes, etc., please email us for an exact quote. At the end of the day, the price of a pin is determined by materials and labor. If we produce 100 pins in 4 colors, 25 x 4, each with a different color, we are creating much more labor than 100 pins of a single color.
Can you do something else that is not listed?
Yes! We can make swivel pins, locking pins, multi-piece pins, translucent inks, pearl inks, and more. Please email us for an exact quote.
