Of course, enamel pins made of zinc alloys also have THEIR disadvantages, such as poor corrosion resistance and a much poorer service life than copper pins.


Pin custom process

Process 1. Design the pin artwork.

Process 2. Making pin molds. The black and white line drawings in the artwork represent concave and convex metals. On the sulfate paper printed in a certain proportion, the template is made by the method of photosensitive ink exposure, and then the engraving machine is used to engraving the template according to the appearance of the template. When the die is finished, heat treatment of the die is needed to strengthen the hardness of the die and make it more convenient to hit the metal.

Process 3. Suppression. The heat-treated mold is mounted on the press table, and the pattern is transferred to different pin making materials such as copper sheet or milling sheet.

Process 4. blanking. Make use of the knife mold in advance, the product according to its shape, with a punch to the product down.

Process 5. Polishing. Put the product OF the knife die down into the polishing machine, remove the burr of the stamping, and improve the finish of the product.

Process 6.Welding accessories. Solder the back of the product to the pin standard fittings or fittings required by the customer.

Process 7: Electroplating and coloring the pins. According to customer requirements for the pin electroplating, can be gold plated, silver plated, nickel plated, copper plated, and then according to customer requirements for the pin color, color, high temperature baking, in order to strengthen the color fastness. Through this step, a complete pin that meets the guest's requirements is created.

Process 8: Quality inspection and package them according to the customer's requirements.
