Hard enamel pins

Enamel badges are high-end and beautiful, with smooth surfaces, bright and pure colors, and very delicate workmanship. The price is slightly higher, and the size is generally 2.5-5cm. If you want to make some exquisite badges, enamel badges are the first choice.

Soft enamel pins

Beautiful and colorful. But it cannot be made into gradient colors. The raised parts cannot be painted, and only the sunken parts can be painted. It needs to be properly preserved, otherwise the paint may fade.

Die-casting process

The die-casting process is suitable for hollow and multi-layered badges. It has the strongest three-dimensional sense and can carve out very fine lines. It is generally used for medals, badges, and commemorative medals. The price is higher and the construction period is longer.

Printing epoxy process

The printing glue dripping process can make gradient color and multi-color badges. It is cheap and cost-effective. The general thickness of the badge is 1.5-2mm (including glue dripping), which can be thickened.

Stamping process

The stamping process has a strong sense of convexity and high-quality texture. The badges made by the stamping process are wear-resistant, non-deformed, and have a strong three-dimensional sense. They can be used for various badges, badges, key chains, commemorative coins, etc. There are only solid colors and single colors.
