The following guidelines are for graphic designer customers who wish to design their own enamel pins.
If you are not well versed in graphic design, you can attach any design to your order. If you are a graphic designer and would like to learn more about how to set up your design files, please continue reading:
No gradients or shading.
Each color must be outlined with a single metallic color.
If the area is small, it is most likely metallic rather than colored.
The simpler the design, the better the final product will turn out.
We use coated Pantone colors. Here is a great chart: PMS Chart.
Each color must be separated by a raised metallic line with a minimum line thickness of 0.2mm and a minimum area of 0.3mm for the color.
If you are using text, please set the font to at least 5pt.
The preferred file type is vector (.ai, .eps, .pdf).
We are often asked if we have artwork "templates". As we have an art team that can process any file to fit the given dimensions, we do not have any specific templates for any product except the rush printing templates which are limited to stock shapes. We can share the rush printing templates on request
is not a creative agency, per se. Our specialty is taking your design and translating it into a production-ready layout. However, we can make basic edits such as: Adding or deleting text Removing backgrounds Applying custom-shaped outlines Changing colors
